1. Who can be a partner

IT companies, system integrators and consultants can apply with the application form. MaxZit reviews every application and may accept or refuse it without giving reasons. An accepted partner gets a starting level, a referral link and a sign-in to the partner page, where it sees its customers, sales and commissions.

The partner does not buy the services itself: its customers order them in this portal and MaxZit bills them directly. The partner earns a commission on what its customers pay.

2. Customers of a partner

• A company that creates its MaxZit account through the partner's referral link becomes the partner's customer. The link is remembered in the browser for 90 days.
• A company that has not paid MaxZit before can also become the partner's customer when it orders through the link.
• Existing paying customers of MaxZit cannot be moved to a partner with a link; MaxZit can assign them by agreement.
• Services the partner's own company buys do not earn a commission.

3. Commission

• For every proforma invoice of the partner's customer that is paid, the partner earns its commission rate in percent of the amount without VAT: support plans (every period, also renewals) and one-time services (onboarding, setup).
• The rate is the one of the partner's level when the payment is recorded. MaxZit may agree a different rate with a partner.
• The commission is in the currency the customer paid (EUR or RSD). It is paid out monthly by bank transfer, against the partner's invoice, for the payments of the previous month.
• If a payment is refunded, its commission is not paid or is deducted from the next payout.

4. Levels

Every partner gets its levels and commission rates from MaxZit when it is accepted; the partner sees them on its partner page. The sales of the last 12 months (amounts without VAT; dinars counted in euros at the rate MaxZit sets) decide the level. When a partner reaches the next level, the higher rate applies from the next payment on; earlier commissions do not change. MaxZit may also set a partner's level itself.

5. Conduct

• Partners present MaxZit products truthfully, do not use the MaxZit name in a misleading way and do not send unsolicited mass email (spam).
• The partner's customer has its own contract with MaxZit under the support terms; MaxZit gives the support. A partner may help its customers itself, but cannot promise anything on behalf of MaxZit.
• MaxZit may pause or end a partnership for a breach of these terms; commissions earned until then are paid out.

6. Changes and law

MaxZit can change the levels and these terms for the future with 30 days' notice by email. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Questions: office@maxzit.com.
